Walk-ins are welcome in our boutique store on the Ground level of The Block Arcade, Shop 2A/282 Collins St.

Due to high demand, our Saturday and Sunday appointments can only be booked via phone call (03) 9662 4569 or by sending us an enquiry through the form above.

Your consultation will take 50 mins with one of our custom specialists in our Level 2 studio. We'll guide you through diamond options, setting styles, and design details to help bring your vision to life.

Feel free to bring inspiration images, a rough budget, and a ring size if you know it - but if not, we'll help with that too.

First time design consultations generally take about 50 mins. If you need more time, we can book a follow-up consultation with you.

Resize, repair, service or cleaning appointments can take 15-20 mins.

We source GIA premium certified natural mined or lab-grown diamonds.

We can also source gemstones. Some of the most popular options are sapphires, emeralds or rubies.

Yes, we offer virtual appointments for people who cannot make it to our Block Arcade studio.

These are exactly the same as our in-person appointments except your consultant will share images and videos of stones and designs virtually.
